Job Description:

Join the CleanerBees team as an on-call cleaner, offering flexible hours and supplemental income. This role involves providing coverage for our dedicated full-time and part-time staff. This on-call position offers 10-25 hours a week, with opportunities for more hours as we continue to expand. You'll work in teams of two and ensure a spotless service for our residential and commercial clients. We seek reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented individuals looking for a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet company and client standards.
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products according to instructions.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
Must be capable of following detailed instructions.
Must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable transportation.
Required to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
Require someone who is reliable, trustworthy, respectful, coachable and punctual.

Compensation & Perks:

This is a non-exempt role and starts at $14.00-$15.00 per hour for the first two weeks of training. After successful completion of two weeks of training, hourly rate will increase to $16.00-$19.00 per hour.
Company car is available to use to and from job sites.
Cleaning supplies are provided.
Eligible for referral bonuses when you bring on new customers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to climb fixed stairs with handrails and vertical ladders with to a height of 6 feet.
Must have full range of body motions to include but not limited to torso rotations, bending at the knees, arm extension and rotations, wrist movements, ability to grip and hold items with your hands, ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to crouch down and squat.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses and incentive plans, as applicable.
This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
